Compass Personnel Services provides offshore personnel services, it was first formed in Houston, Texas in 2004. Initially supplying Survey and ROV recruitment services on temporary contracts for our clients in the USA Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Industry. We have since developed, opening an office in the UK enabling us to deliver our services worldwide.
From our USA and UK offices we regularly provide offshore recruitment services worldwide to locations such as the Far East, Central and South America, West Africa and Europe.
Our range of offshore recruitment services includes experienced professional personnel in hte following areas: survey, geophysical & ROV personnel, complete diving crews, crane operators, complete rigging crews and project managers suited for all levels of project management.

Steve has worked in the Oil & Gas industry all his working career and has extensive hands-on operations experience with both Survey & ROV service companies before joining the Compass business.
Rob is a seasoned professional in the Oil & gas Industry having held Technical & Operational roles in the USA, Middle East and Far East for many years.
